Where is your office located?
As for now, we do not have a physical office. We usually schedule meetings either at Starbucks, restaurants or at client’s office.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept checks, money orders, bank deposits and cash payments.
How much deposit do I need to pay before getting started?
We usually require 50% of the total invoice to get started with the design jobs. Deposits usually varies for sign jobs as they also have to got through permitting process.
What if I don't like my designs?
We always offer more than one design solution for every project. Usually our clients are amazed with the initial design mock-up set. We even offer different number of free revisions with different package levels.
